Steven Day

Steven serves as Warren's Code Enforcement Officer in the Codes and Planning Department. He brings a diverse background in construction, web design and development, along with a strong commitment to safety, clarity, and community well being. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Religion from Christopher Newport University as well as multiple state certifications in MUBEC, Land Use, Shoreland Zoning, and Legal Issues. He is also an active Third Party Inspector in the State of Maine. Steven and his wife moved to Warren in 2023 with their 10 children. He began his role as CEO in September of 2024.
