SURPLUS COMMERCIAL SHELLFISH LICENSES AVAILABLE

Starting SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 Surplus Commercial Shellfish Licenses may be purchased on a first come, first served basis.  The cost is $315.00 + conservation time. This opportunity is open to all (resident or non-resident).

10 hours of conservation, with a mandatory 3 hours of time, is required.  Any remaining hours of the 10 may be purchased for $20.00 per hour.
