NOTICE - Request for Bids for Road Paving 2026 - open for further details

The Town of Warren is requesting written proposals from qualified Bidders on three projects.

The first being the construction of an ADA compliant sidewalk 360 feet long x 4 feet wide, and the Paving of a parking lot approximately 200 feet by 60 feet.

We would like this portion of the work to be completed this spring

The second phase of work is the paving, shim and overlay on 6 town roadways.  The budget for phase 2 would come in the new fiscal year 2026/2027 beginning July 1, 2026.

The third phase of the project would be paving the recreation drive and parking lot.  This would consist of 430 feet of drive at 18 feet wide and a connected parking lot 215 feet long and 110 feet wide.  All groundwork and gravel will be supplied by Warren Public Works.  This too will be completed in 26/27 budget year, after July 1, 2026.
