ROADSIDE VEGETATION MANAGEMENT NOTICE

North Pond Road

The Town of Warren Public Works Department would like to notify residents, particularly those living along North Pond Road, that Public Works crews will be conducting roadside vegetation management over the next several weeks. 

This work is being completed to: 

  • Improve visibility and sightlines along North Pond Road. 

  • Remove overgrown brush and vegetation that has encroached on the roadside. 

  • Improve the overall safety of the roadway for motorists, pedestrians, and residents. 

  • Prepare the roadside for ditch and drainage work planned for the spring. 

Residents should expect to see Public Works employees working both on foot and with various pieces of equipment and machinery along the roadside. Crews may be trimming, cutting, and removing vegetation in areas where it is interfering with visibility or where work will be needed for upcoming ditching. 

During this work, residents are asked to use extra caution when traveling through active work areas and to be aware of Public Works personnel and equipment operating near the roadway.
