Payson Park Fall Maintenance Schedule

The Town of Warren would like to inform residents that Payson Park will have limited access for the remainder of the fall season to allow the Public Works Department to complete necessary repair, maintenance, and cleaning work throughout the park.

Beginning Monday, September 14, 2026, Payson Park will be closed to the public Monday through Thursday. The park may also be closed on select weekends when additional work is scheduled.

When the park is closed, it is closed to all public access, including foot traffic and walking on the park paths. Please do not enter the park during these closures.

This temporary closure will allow the Public Works crew to safely complete work without having to work around park users and will help us complete the necessary maintenance more efficiently.

The work will include general cleaning, repairs, maintenance of park facilities and grounds, and other work needed to prepare the park for the 2027 season.

Please observe all closure signs and stay out of active work areas. The park may contain heavy equipment, vehicles, materials, and other hazards while work is underway.

We appreciate the public's cooperation and patience while we work to maintain and improve Payson Park for the community.
